
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Add the meatballs and toss to cover with the sauce. Cook o low for 3 - 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and pepper if needed. If desired, top with sesame seeds, chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve as an appetizer or main dish over rice, or as a sandwich.
