
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Mix flour, butter, cream cheese, sugar and salt with a fork.
Roll out on floured board to less than 1/8". Cut into rounds with a large drinking glass.
Put rounds into ungreased muffin tins.
Put 1/2 tablespoon jam into each.
Bake 13-15 minutes at 425°. BE CAREFUL - BURNS VERY EASILY!!!
