Living here from May 2001 through May 2024, this is the last house I owned in Denver, or in the US for that matter.  When I sold this, I had already been living in San Miguel de Allende, in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico for three years.

Finishing the bare basement, and creating a one-bedroom plus bath apartment which I rented to a few people over the years;

Completely remodeling the kitchen with new hand-built cabinets, countertops, and new appliances.

Installing a new heating system with in-floor hot water heating, throughout the house.

After living in Mexico for the last year, I finally decided that it was time to make the jump complete, and sell my house in Denver.  These pictures show the house as if was prepared for sale by the staging company.  It remained on the market for all of one day, and we closed remotely in just a few short weeks after the contract was signed by all parties.
