618 South High Street

Camille and I lived in Stoneham, Massachusetts during the last year of my graduate studies at MIT.

When we returned to Denver when I completed my master’s degree, we rented a two bedroom apartment on the seventh floor of a building at the corner of Seventh Ave and Washington Street.  We lived there for about a year before buying our house at 618 South High Street in Washington Park.

While we were there, we implemented a number of improvements on the house, including adding a baseboard hot water heating system, and expanding into an attic with a steeply pitched roof. This addition consisted of a study, a bedroom, a large closet, a bathroom, and a very large family room.

We lived together here until we divorced in 1995, and I moved to lower downtown Denver.

These fotos are the only ones I have of this former home, and depict a second story deck I built between the newly developed attic expansion and the garage.
