Crumble biscuits and cornbread in a large bowl

Melt butter and pour over bread mixture blending well.

Pour in milk, blending well. Add enough chicken broth to make mixture slightly wet.

Chop eggs and add to mixture.

Chop and saute onion till translucent and add to mixture. Remove veins from celery, chop and add to mixture.

Salt and pepper to taste and add chopped optional ingredients.

Mix well and adjust moisture as necessary with chicken broth. Stuff poultry and bake per instructions.
