Bread Pudding

 1 loaf bread
 2 eggs
 4 oz sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 cups whole milk
 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Cut bread into small cubes and place into a bread pan.

Mix egg, sugar, milk and salt. Beat thoroughly and pour over the bread.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350º oven.

Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with Vanilla Sauce
