 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
 3 slices of bread diced
 ½ cup milk
 2 eggs, beaten
 ¼ cup minced onion
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ celery salt
 ¼ tsp garlic salt
 ¼ tsp dried mustard
 ¾ tsp sage

Preheat oven to 350º F

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in a loaf pan.

Bake in a lofor 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.

The Betty Crocker recipe calls for one pound of ground beef, ¼ pound lean ground pork and ¾ pound ground veal. And Worcestershire sauce
